Let's face it - we're living in a negative world right now, especially when you turn to the news or log onto social media. And I don't see that changing anytime soon.
So what can you do when things get so negative? Yes, I talk a lot about gratitude journaling or writing handwritten notes. But to be honest sometimes those don't do the trick.
There is one thing, however, that always changes my mood. It can spin things from negative to positive in an instant.
Being outside in nature.
I am grateful for NATURE. Period. I love being in the city but nothing grounds me and sets me at peace more than being out amongst the trees, the mountains, and the waters with the sights, sounds and smells of nature.
